Cognitive skills tests and gamified tools

Scales tests are distinguished by the fact that they do not require administrator instruction or presence when taking the test, thanks to interactive examples that each participant must successfully complete in order to proceed to the actual part of the test. They eliminate cheating and intentional distortion, thanks to technology that generates an individual version of the test for each participant. Their performance does not depend on the quality of the equipment, thanks to advanced vector graphics. The presentation of each task is adjusted to the participant’s monitor settings, eliminating any difficulties with setting the screen resolution or Internet connection. They are barrier-free – all tests have been developed in accordance with regulations on information technology barriers and in compliance with equal opportunity regulations.
